Welcome to TJ Reworks. By placing an order through this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Products

All items are handmade using reclaimed, recycled or pre-loved materials. Because of this, slight imperfections, signs of previous wear, colour variations or unique characteristics may be present. These are part of the item’s individuality and are not considered faults.

Our products are one-of-a-kind. Once an item has sold, it may not be remade & restocked.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices do not include shipping unless otherwise stated.

As a small Australian business, TJ Reworks is not registered for GST. Therefore, GST is not included in our prices.

Orders

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if a product becomes unavailable, an error has occurred with pricing or product information, or fraudulent activity is suspected. If payment has already been received, a full refund will be issued.

Handmade Items

Every item is individually handmade. Minor differences between products are normal and make each piece unique.

Please read product descriptions carefully and view all available photos before purchasing.

Shipping

Orders are processed within the timeframe outlined in our Shipping Policy.

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, TJ Reworks is not responsible for delays caused by the postal service.

Returns & Refunds

Intellectual Property

All photographs, product designs, logos, branding, graphics and written content on this website are the property of TJ Reworks and may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, TJ Reworks is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
