1. Where do you ship?
TJ Reworks currently only ships within Australia, and some international countries such as New Zealand, the USA & Canada.
We are working on expanding our shipping availability in the future.
We apologise if shipping isn't available to your region yet.
If shipping isn't available in your region or country and you'd like to purchase, please reach out via our Contact Page, Instagram Page or Business Email and we may be able to arrange shipping to you.
All shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
International shipping costs are based on the minimum international AusPost shipping prices.
2. How are your materials sourced?
I source my materials through my generous community donations program for pre-loved textiles and deadstock fabrics that would otherwise go unused by local customers.
Rather than producing new materials, I rework existing ones into one-of-a-kind pieces, helping to extend their lifespan and reduce waste.
Every item is cleaned and inspected before being reworked.

All clothing donators recieve store credit to use on future purchases.
All donated clothing helps pave the way for future collections and continuing the Fashion Circularity movement.
3. Are your products one of a kind?
Yes! Every TJ Reworks piece is handmade using reclaimed materials, meaning no two items are exactly the same. Once an item sells, it will never be restocked in the same form.
Once its sold, its gone forever.
4. How often do you release new collections?
As a one-person business, rather than following a strict schedule, new collections are released throughout the year as they’re completed.
Mostly released to align with the Australian seasons. Aiming for an average of 2-4 collection drops throughout the year with additional mini collection drops inbetween.

5. Why aren’t there clothing pieces available yet?
Clothing Is Coming!
TJ Reworks is currently focused on accessories & bags while the clothing side of the brand is still being developed. Garments require a much longer design and production process, and I want to ensure they’re exactly how I envision them before launching.
They’ll be released in a future collection :)
6. Are your products handmade?
Yes! Every item is designed and handmade by myself in NSW, Australia.
7. Will you restock sold-out items?
Because every piece is one of a kind, exact restocks aren’t possible. However, similar styles may appear in future collections.
PLEASE NOTE: If you like a specific design but its no longer available, Please reach out to me on email or instagram direct message as I may be able to make you that design or similar again through a customised order.
8. Do you accept custom orders?
Yes! I accept a limited number of custom projects each year depending on my availability.
All previous custom orders are posted in my CUSTOM ORDERS Highlight on my Instagram page and also in the '⭐️Reviews & Creations Gallery' page on this website for you to browse all previous reworks.

9. How should I care for my item?
Recommend gentle care!
All bags and garments made by TJ Reworks are considered delicate due to being made with 100% miscellaneous materials, therefore the exact fibre content % is unknown.
When caring for items, it is highly recommended to:
- Cold hand wash only or spot clean if necessary
- Do not tumble dry
- Iron only if needed on the lowest heat setting
- Dry only on flat surfaces & never in direct sunlight

11. Do you do market stalls? And when?
Yes! Throughout each year there will be a variety of market stalls & events where customers can come and see my pieces in person for a discounted price & meet the designer behind the brand!
