Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with TJ Reworks! Every order is carefully packed and shipped with care.
Processing Time
Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 2–5 business days after payment has been received. During collection launches, sales or busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping With
All orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking.
Estimated delivery times are provided by Australia Post and may vary depending on your location. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via email.
International Shipping
TJ Reworks currently only ships to Australia, New Zealand, the UK, the USA and Canada.
International delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing. Any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

If shipping isn’t currently available in your region/country but you’d like to purchase, please reach out via email (admin@tjreworks.com.au) or Instagram direct message (@tj.reworks) and shipping may be able to be arranged.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
PLEASE NOTE: Some economy shipping options may not include individual tracking if item is small enough to be shipped in an envelope.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once an order has been lodged with Australia Post, delivery is handled by the carrier. While TJ Reworks will do its best to assist if an issue arises, we cannot guarantee delivery timeframes or accept responsibility for delays caused by the postal service.
If your parcel appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please get in touch via email or instagram dm (@tj.reworks) and we’ll help you investigate the issue.
